Return/ Refund Policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopblissandbloom.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not The United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must either be lost, stolen, damaged, or malfunctioning. Video/image proof of damage or malfunction is neccessary for a full refund. If you wish to initiate a full refund, send video/image proof to our support team at: support@shopblissandbloom.com and we will determine the next step in the process accordingly. 

Results vary. Bliss & Bloom is not liable for dissatisfaction with results. The purchase of the Beauty Bloom 2.0 or any trimmer on our site does not guarantee the results shown in our advertisement and/or our website. Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction with results or our products will not be processed due to these factors listed above.

Delays in shipping are not cause for a full refund as once the product leaves our facility overseas the package is in the hands of international carriers. Delays are common with carriers and Bliss & Bloom is not financially liable to issue a refund unless the product has arrived and is either damaged or you would like to issue a return. However in the case of an order being delayed for more than two calender weeks, upon request, we may issue a 20% partial refund for your order. In the matter of lost or stolen goods we will issue an immediate replacement/refund upon request. Tracking of your order is always availabe on the 'Track My Order' page in the main menu.

Cancellations

In order to be eligible for the cancellation of your order, the order must not yet be fulfilled or shipped. Typically there is a 1-2 business day processing time between when an order is placed and when the order is fulfilled and shipped. During this period cancellations may be issued. However outside of this range, once an order has shipped, cancellations may not be issued, and a return must be issued upon arrival of the package.
